According to the National association of Home Builders seventy four percent of new home builders are putting in some form of structured wiring in the homes they build. Although home owners know that there should be some type of specialty wiring in their home they may not know specifically what to ask for. A properly wired home adds more resale value and allows the homeowner a greater amount of flexibility, when it comes to adding new technology.

Security – Usually the builders have a plan worked out with a security company whereby they’ll install a couple doors and motions for free as long as you sign a 1 or 2 year agreement. Additional options would include:
